Details
Volunteer shifts available between 1 pm and 9 pm with set-up, activities throughout the afternoon and the launch.
Below are the volunteer area descriptions and the time frames needed. At 7 pm, all volunteers will be able to launch their lanterns.
• Registration (sit at the registration table and pass out pre-ordered lanterns, and sell extra lanterns) 4:30-7
• Art & Activity Stations (supervise the lantern decorating tables and the kid activities on the sidewalk (bubbles, chalk) 4:30-7
• HHMH Info Booth (answer any question about HHMH) 4:30-7
• Vendor, Food Truck, Sponsor and Entertainer Liaison (float between the vendors, food trucks, sponsors and entertainers to see if they need anything) 4:30-7
• Event Floaters (float around the event to anticipate any needs of our guests) 5-8
• Event Set Up Start at 1 and be done by 4 at the latest (set up tables, chairs, and tents)
• Event Tear Down Start at 8 and be done by 10 at the latest (tear down tables, chairs and tents)
